Pork with Lemon grass and Cinnamon Basil |

 | Ingredients: - Freshly cut Lemon Grass and Cinnamon Basil from your Garden,
- 4 Pork Chops
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 Onions cut in quarters
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste

| STEP 1: - Preheat Oven to 180ÂșC
- Lightly oil an ovenproof dish
- Place Chops, Onions, Apple juice, Salt and Pepper and Herbs into the dish,
- Cover and bake for about 20 min.
|  | STEP 2: - Remove lid and bake for a further 20-25 min, until the chops are well cooked and the sauce reduced
- Remove Herbs and use the sauce as a gravy
- Garnish the dish with a fresh sprig of Cinnamon basil
